Identify the trigger before touching anything
Common causes include keyword-stuffed business names, virtual office addresses, ineligible categories, sudden bulk edits and a business model that does not meet local guidelines.
Making further edits before you understand the cause frequently makes reinstatement harder.
Document eligibility thoroughly
Gather business registration, utility bills at the address, signage photos, insurance and licensing. Reinstatement is an evidence exercise, not an appeal to sympathy.
Submit once, correctly
Fix any guideline violation first, then file a single well-documented reinstatement request. Repeated submissions slow the process considerably.
