Google Reviews Management

Turn everyday good work into a steady stream of reviews.

You need new reviews landing on your Google Business Profile every week to compete for the map pack — not a burst of ten reviews in January and silence for the rest of the year. We build that into a routine instead of leaving it to chance.

How it works

What Google Reviews management actually involves.

Getting more reviews isn't about asking harder — it's a system that asks the right customer at the right moment, every time, without anyone having to remember.

Requests timed to your actual workflow

We install a request sequence tied to a moment that already happens in your business — invoice paid, appointment finished, job closed out — so asking for a review stops depending on someone remembering to do it.

  • Consistent, not seasonal or bursty

Every review answered, in your voice

Someone on our team drafts a response to every review within one business day — reinforcing your services and towns in the positive ones, and de-escalating carefully in the negative ones. A real person reads every review before anything gets posted.

  • Written by a person, not autopiloted
  • Matches how you'd actually respond

Photos collected alongside reviews

When it fits naturally, we ask customers to add a photo with their review. Real customer photos build trust with people comparing your profile to a competitor's, and give you fresh, usable images for your Google Business Profile and social channels.

  • Reused across your profile and social posts
  • An extra trust signal beyond star ratings

Policy-violating reviews flagged, never faked

We never write or buy reviews, and we'd walk away from any client who insisted on it — that's a fast way to lose a whole profile. What we will do is flag reviews that genuinely violate Google's policies (fake reviews, conflicts of interest, spam) through the proper channel.

  • No fake or purchased reviews, ever
  • Genuine policy violations flagged properly
  • No guarantee of removal — we won't pretend otherwise

The problem we usually find

Great work, twelve reviews to show for it.

Most local businesses do excellent work and have twelve reviews to show for it. Meanwhile the competitor with average service and a disciplined follow-up process has two hundred. That gap is a process problem, not a quality problem.

What changes

  • A repeatable request workflow that fits how your team already works
  • Steady review velocity instead of clusters that look manufactured
  • Fast, on-brand responses that show prospects how you handle problems
  • Review keywords that reinforce the services and towns you want to rank for

“The review system runs itself now. Our techs do not have to remember anything and we went from a trickle to a steady stream of feedback.”

FAQ

Google Reviews Management questions.

How is this priced?

Priced per Google Business Profile we're managing reviews for. Multi-location businesses get a separate scope and quote for each profile, not a flat per-account rate that ignores how many locations you actually have.

Do you write or buy fake reviews?

No, and we never will. Fake or purchased reviews violate every major platform's policies and can get an entire profile suspended. What we build is a system that makes it easy for your real customers to leave a real review.

Is this compliant with Google's review gatekeeping policy?

Yes. Every customer gets the same request and the same link to leave a public Google review, regardless of how happy they seemed. We don't filter or route unhappy customers away from Google, which is exactly what that policy requires.

Can you get a bad review removed from Google?

Only if it violates Google's policies — fake reviews, spam, conflicts of interest, or reviews from someone who was never a customer. We can flag it through the proper channel, but we can't and won't promise removal of a genuine negative review just because it's unflattering.

How many reviews will you respond to each month?

Every one, regardless of volume. Response speed and quality don't change based on how many came in that month.
